A Skywest Canadair CRJ-700 on behalf of Delta airlines, registration N632SK performing flight OO-4752/DL-4752 from Salt Lake City,UT to Eugene,OR (USA), was departing Salt Lake City's runway 34L when the aircraft flew through a large flock of birds at about 5000 feet and suffered a number of bird impacts. In the absence of abnormal indications the crew continued the flight to Eugene for a safe landing about 90 minutes later. Tower advised subsequent departures about a large flock of birds at 5000 feet just when the aircraft would turn to join the departure route.

The FAA reported a post flight inspection revealed the aircraft received damage as result of multiple bird impacts.
