Radar data suggest the aircraft was on final approach at normal landing speeds until descending through about 1800 feet MSL, then the aircraft appeared to be accelerating over ground by about 20 knots until 700 feet MSL landing at a higher than normal speed over ground.
Rosaviatsia reported the aircraft went about 170 meters past the end of the runway destroying 15 runway lights and 4 approach lights in the process. Friction values of the runway were measured at 53,43 and 45. The aircraft received damage to the right hand main tyres and the right hand engine.
