A Severstal Canadair CRJ-200, registration RA-67231 performing flight D2-21 from Cherepovets to Saint Petersburg (Russia) with 55 passengers and 3 crew, was in the initial climb out of Cherepovets when the crew received a left hand thrust reverser unlocked indication. The crew worked the relevant checklists and returned to Cherepovets for a safe landing about 20 minutes later.
