An Air Inuit Boeing 737-200, registration C-GAIG performing flight 3H-304 from Montreal,QC to La Grande,QC (Canada) with 33 people on board, was climbing out of Montreal when the crew received indication that the #1 hydraulic system had failed, stopped the climb at 17,000 feet and returned to Montreal for a safe landing about 25 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance identified a ruptured pressure line.
