A TAM Linhas Aereas Airbus A320-200, registration PR-MHB performing flight JJ-3615 from Campo Grande,MS to Sao Paulo Guarulhos,SP (Brazil) with 150 passengers, was climbing out of Campo Grande when one of the engines (CFM56) ingested a bird and showed abnormal parameters. The crew stopped the climb and returned to Campo Grande for a safe landing about 30 minutes after departure.

The flight was cancelled, the passengers were rebooked onto the next flights.

The airline confirmed the aircraft returned as result of a bird strike. The passengers were accomodated on later flights.
