An American Eagle Embraer ERJ-145, registration N672AE performing flight MQ-3304 from Dallas Ft. Worth,TX to Louisville,KY (USA) with 47 passengers and 3 crew, was enroute at FL370 about 170nm southwest of Evansville,IN (USA) when the crew initiated an emergency descent to FL100 (average rate of descent 5400fpm) due to the loss of cabin pressure. The aircraft diverted to Evansville for a safe landing about 30 minutes later.

Passengers described they felt their ears popping and light headache just prior to the aircraft starting its descent, the passenger oxygen masks did not deploy.
