A US Airways Boeing 757-200, registration N200UU performing flight US-920 from Philadelphia,PA (USA) to Aruba (Aruba), was enroute at FL350 over the Atlantic Ocean in contact with Caribbean Oceanic Control when the crew declared Mayday, Mayday requesting an urgent descent to FL140 and a diversion to Wilmington,NC (USA). The aircraft was initially cleared down to FL280 while turning west, later was cleared down to FL200 and remained on FL200. The crew finally decided to divert to Charlotte,NC, where the aircraft landed safely about 90 minutes after declaring emergency. The crew cancelled the emergency after landing while taxiing towards the apron.

A passenger reported the crew told them they had problems with the fuel injection and fuel balance.
