A Jetblue Embraer ERJ-190, registration N294JB performing flight B6-1704 from Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) to Orlando,FL (USA), had just landed on Orlando's runway 17L and was about to vacate the runway, when the crew reported a small fire just outside their windshield, tower instructed the crew to hold position, emergency services were already responding. The aircraft stopped just clear of the runway, the crew advised they had extinguished the fire using a fire extinguisher, emergency services checked the aircraft and cleared the aircraft to proceed to the gate, where passengers disembarked normally.

The airline confirmed the incident stating there were no injuries.
