A Delta Airlines Boeing 757-200, registration N668DN performing flight DL-534 from Cancun (Mexico) to Atlanta,GA (USA) with 185 people on board, was enroute at FL310 about 180nm southwest of Tampa,FL (USA) when the crew reported sparks in the cockpit when pushing a button and decided to divert to Tampa. Emergency services were put on stand by for the arrival. The aircraft landed safely on Tampa's runway 19R about 35 minutes later.
