A Delta Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration N3758Y performing flight DL-1170 (dep Apr 18th) from Los Angeles,CA to Columbus,OH (USA) with 153 passengers and 6 crew, landed on Columbus' runway 28R at 06:20L (10:20Z) but overran the end of the runway and came to a stop just past the paved runway end safety area with the nose gear on soft ground. No injuries and no visible damage occurred.

The passengers disembarked via stairs onto the runway and were bussed to the terminal.
