An Austral Embraer ERJ-190 on behalf of Aerolineas Argentinas, registration LV-CHS performing flight AU-2646/AR-2646 from Buenos Aires Newbery,BA to Bahia Blanca,BA (Argentina) with 96 passengers and 3 crew, suffered a bird strike while landing in Bahia Blanca.

The return flight was cancelled.

Argentina's JIAAC reported on Mar 22nd 2013, they opened an investigation into the occurrence rated an accident. There were 96 passengers and 3 crew on board.
