A JAC Japan Air Commuter Avions de Transport Regional on behalf JAL Japan Airlines, registration JA01JC performing flight JC-2323/JL-2323 from Osaka Itami to Tajima (Japan) with 51 people on board, was climbing out of Itami's runway 32R when the crew stopped the climb at 10,000 feet due to hydraulic problems and entered a hold. The aircraft returned to Itami for a safe landing on runway 32L about 65 minutes after departure.

Japan's Ministry of Transport reported there were no injuries and no damage to the aircraft.

The aircraft returned to service about 5 hours after landing.
