An American Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration N931NN performing flight AA-1284 from Bridgetown (Barbados) to Miami,FL (USA) with 134 people on board, was departing Bridgetown's runway 09 when the crew stopped the climb at FL100 and entered a hold due to suspected damage of both left main tyres. The aircraft returned to Bridgetown for a safe landing on runway 09 about 80 minutes after departure.
