A Vostok Avia Antonov AN-38, registration RA-41901 performing positioning flight VTK-9240 from Khabarovsk to Vladivostok (Russia) with 2 crew on board, was on final approach to Vladivostok's runway 25L at 16:41L (05:41Z) however landed on the parallel taxiway about 200 meters to the left of runway 25L. The aircraft rolled out safely.

Russia's Ministry of Transport (FEAT) reported at the time of the landing there were no people or other traffic on the taxiway.
