Aer Lingus A320 at Barcelona on Mar 4th 2013, technical problem prevents flying in icing conditions

An Aer Lingus Airbus A320-200, registration EI-DEB performing flight EI-565 from Barcelona,SP (Spain) to Dublin (Ireland), was climbing through FL150 out of Barcelona when the crew reported a technical problem requiring them to return to Barcelona, normal operation of the aircraft, no assistance was needed. The aircraft stopped the climb at FL170 and turned back towards Barcelona, the crew advised they needed to stay out of icing conditions. The aircraft landed safely back on Barcelona's runway 07L about 20 minutes after departure.

The flight was cancelled.
