A Shandong Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration B-5592 performing flight SC-2194 from Xian to Xiamen (China), landed on Xiamen's runway 23 and rolled out when shortly before vacating the runway the nose gear suffered a malfunction disabling the aircraft on the runway. The aircraft needed to be towed off the runway.

The airline reported the aircraft suffered an anomaly in its landing gear upon vacating the runway.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Xiamen about 12 hours after landing.
