A KLM Beoing 737-800, registration PH-BXI performing flight KL-1252 from Helsinki (Finland) to Amsterdam (Netherlands), was climbing out of Helsinki's runway 22R when the crew requested to level off at 4000 feet due to a trim problem. The aircraft landed safely back on runway 22R about 45 minutes after departure.

A passenger reported the crew announced an autopilot problem.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Helsinki about 6 hours after landing back.
