A British Airways Boeing 747-400, registration G-CIVF performing flight BA-268 from Los Angeles,CA (USA) to London Heathrow,EN (UK), was enroute at FL330 about 145nm southeast of Las Vegas,NV (USA) when the crew decided to return to Los Angeles due to fumes on board. The aircraft descended to FL300 and enroute back to Los Angeles about 120nm southwest of Las Vegas when the crew donned their oxygen masks and diverted the aircraft to Las Vegas requesting medical assistance to await the aircraft, they had four crew members feeling unwell. The aircraft landed safely on Las Vegas' runway 25R about one hour after the crew decided to return to Los Angeles. The aircraft vacated the runway and stopped on an adjacent taxiway for emergency services attend the aircraft and crew.
