A Transwest Avions de Transport Regional ATR-42-300, registration C-GWWD performing flight RS-422 from Saskatoon,SK to Prince Albert,SK (Canada) with 24 people on board, was cleared for takeoff from Saskatoon's runway, the crew commenced takeoff when they noticed a truck, with clearance by ground control, was crossing the runway. The crew rejected takeoff at low speed, returned to the holding point and departed on second takeoff clearance landing safely at Prince Albert.
