A Qantaslink Embraer ERJ-190, registration VH-XVP performing flight QF-1871 from Townsville,QL to Brisbane,QL (Australia) with 87 people on board, was climbing through FL250 when the crew declared PAN PAN reporting a pressurization problem and initiated an emergency descend to FL100. About 10 minutes later the crew reported they had solved the problem, climbed to FL170 and continued to Brisbane where they landed without further issues about 2 hours after departure and with a delay of about 30 minutes despite on time departure.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Brisbane about 19 hours after landing.
