A Swiss International Airlines Bombardier C-Series CS-300, registration HB-JCP performing flight LX-974 from Zurich (Switzerland) to Berlin (Germany), was climbing through FL200 out of Zurich when the crew requested to stop the climb and immediately return to Zurich advising ATC they had a fume event on board. The aircraft landed safely on Zurich's runway 14 about 25 minutes after departure.

The rotation was cancelled.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Zurich about 7.5 hours after landing.
