An Endeavor Air Canadair CRJ-900 on behalf of Delta Airlines, registration N272PQ performing flight DL-5461 from Austin,TX to Cincinnati,KY (USA), landed on Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport's runway 18C but became disabled on the runway, the crew reported they had received a nose wheel steering inop caution. Tower instructed the next approach to go around.

A passenger reported the aircraft braked hard after touch down and came to a stop on the runway, the crew announced they had lost nose wheel steering on touch down. The aircraft was towed to the apron with emergency services in trail.
