An ANA All Nippon Airways Boeing 787-9, registration JA833A performing flight NH-761 from Osaka to Okinawa (Japan), was on short final to Okinawa's runway 18R when the crew observed an oil leak and advised tower. The aircraft landed safely, vacated the runway and stopped clear of the runway. Emergency services responded and confirmed a leak from the aircraft with oil on the ground at the taxiway.

The aircraft was towed to the apron about one hour after vacating the runway, the oil spillage was cleaned up.

The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground in Okinawa for about 5.5 hours, then positioned back to Osaka and resumed service the following morning.
