An Atsa Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration OB-2195 performing flight 4A-4092 from Mazamari to Lima (Peru), was climbing through FL170 out of Mazamari when the crew needed to shut the left hand engine down due to the loss of oil pressure. The crew, unable to climb further to cross the mountains to Lima decided to divert to Pucallpa (Peru) where the aircraft landed safely.
