A TAP Air Portugal Airbus A320-200, registration CS-TNG performing flight TP-201 from Lisbon (Portugal) to Bissau (Guinea-Bissau) with 100 passengers, was enroute at FL350 about 140nm off the coast of Morocco south of Casablanca (Morocco) when the crew decided to turn around and return to Lisbon due to a hydraulic failure. The aircraft landed safely on Lisbon's runway 03 and came to a stop disabled on the intersection of runways 03/21 and 17/35. The aircraft was towed to the apron.

The flight was cancelled.

The passengers are estimated to be taken to Bissau the following day with a delay of about 23 hours.
