A Delta Airlines Airbus A319-100, registration N348NB performing flight DL-1567 from Minneapolis,MN to Buffalo,NY (USA), was enroute at FL330 about 40nm north of Madison,WI (USA) when the crew reported electrical problems and decided to divert to Madison. On approach to Madison the crew reported they had actually been able to restore and were continuing for a precautionary landing. The aircraft landed safely on runway 03 about 25 minutes after leaving FL330.

A replacement A319-100 registration N323NB reached Buffalo with a delay of about 5 hours.

The occurrence aircraft positioned back to Minneapolis about 15 hours after landing and returned to service about 7 hours after landing in Minneapolis.
