A Portugalia Embraer ERJ-195 on behalf of TAP Air Portugal, registration CS-TTW performing flight TP-1324 from Lisbon (Portugal) to Dublin (Ireland) with 116 people on board, was climbing out of Lisbon cleared to climb at FL200 when the crew declared PAN PAN PAN reporting a technical problem and requested to descend to FL150. When the air traffic controller declined the clearance stating there was traffic below them, the crew advised they had a pressurization problem and needed to descend, the controller cleared for a descent to FL190 and a right turn initially, subsequently after the conflict was resolved clearing the E195 to Fl150. The aircraft continued the descent to FL100, burned off fuel and returned to Lisbon for a safe landing on runway 02 about 45 minutes after departure.

The airline reported the aircraft returned due to a technical problem.

A replacement Embraer ERJ-195 registration CS-TTY reached Dublin with a delay of about 3 hours.

The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground for about 6 days before returning to service.
