The airline reported the aircraft diverted due to a technical issue. A replacement aircraft has been dispatched.
A replacement A350-900 registration A7-ALY was dispatched to Mumbai, resumed the flight about 10 hours after landing and reached Jakarta with a delay of 11.5 hours.
The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground in Mumbai for about 25 hours, then positioned back to Doha and remained on the ground in Doha for another 8 hours before returning to service.
