A Biman Bangladesh Boeing 787-9, registration S2-AJX performing flight BG-202 from Sylhet to Dhaka (Bangladesh) with 89 passengers, was on approach to Dhaka's runway 14 when one of the engines (GEnx) ingested a bird. The aircraft continued for a safe landing.

The aircraft remained on the ground in Dhaka for about 43 hours before returning to service.
