An Air Canada Airbus A319-100, registration C-GAPY performing flight AC-407 from Montreal,QC to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 125 people on board, was climbing through about 13,000 feet out of Montreal when the crew received an ECAM message "F/CTL ADR disagree" and the fly by wire degraded to Alternate Law. The crew suspected unreliable airspeed and discovered a difference of about 10 knots between the captain's and first officer's air speed indications. The crew declared PAN reporting they believed the Flight Management System was faulty, but requested to continue the flight to Toronto on radar vectors, the aircraft climbed to FL340 enroute and landed landed safely on Toronto's runway 33R about 70 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported the lower drain hole of the stand by pitot tube was found blocked, all pitot drain holes were cleaned, total pressure and static pressure lines were flushed, standby pneumatic circuits were drained and flushed, pitot and static ports were checked with no further anomaly noted, a full range leak test and an operational test of the pitot ice protection systems were performed successfully, the #3 ADIRU replaced and a CAT III landing test conducted successfully. The aircraft was then returned to service.
