Ryanair B38M at Dublin on Oct 18th 2022, could not retract landing gear

A passenger reported the crew advised they could not retract the landing gear.
A replacement Boeing 737-800 registration EI-DLE reached Porto with a delay of 3.5 hours.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Dublin about 21 hours after landing back.
