The FAA reported: "AIRCRAFT LANDED AND A FOOD CART BECAME LOOSE AND STRUCK A PASSENGER IN THE HEAD, PROVIDENCE, RI." rating the injury of the passenger as minor.
The aircraft remained on the ground for about 14 hours, then positioned back to Charlotte.
