An Air Transat Airbus A330-200, registration C-GUFR performing flight TS-244 from Toronto,ON (Canada) to Glasgow,SC (UK) with 297 passengers and 11 crew, was enroute at FL390 about 50nm west of Montreal,QC (Canada) when the aircraft diverted to Montreal due to the incapacitation of a member of the flight crew. The aircraft landed safely on Montreal's runway 24R about 28 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported the crew did not declare emergency.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 2 hours, then continued the journey and reached Glasgow with a delay of about 2.5 hours.
