The Canadian TSB reported replaced the fuel quantity processing unit (FQPU) and tested the systems with engine runs at 80% N1 for 30 minutes with the cross feed valve closed with no anomaly. However, when the cross feed valve was opened, maintenance found the fuel was slowly transferred to the right hand tank. More troubleshooting is still on going.
The aircraft remained on the ground for about 46 hours before returning to service.
