An Angara Airlines Antonov AN-24, registration RA-47848 performing flight 2G-8275 from Irkutsk to Ust-Kut (Russia) with 44 passengers and 4 crew, landed in Ust-Kut in difficult weather conditions and struck its left wing onto the runway surface. The aircraft rolled out without further incident. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained substantial damage (fracture of the left wing).

Russia's Transport Investigation Committee Eastern Interregional Department reported the aircraft landed in Ust Kut at about 10:00L and touched the ground with its left wing.
