An Endeavor Air Canadair CRJ-900 on behalf of Delta Airlines, registration N146PQ performing flight DL-5239 from Cleveland,OH to New York La Guardia,NY (USA), landed on La Guardia's runway 04 at about 16:00L (20:00Z) when the right hand wing tip contacted the runway surface. The aircraft rolled out without further incident and taxied to the apron.

The FAA reported: "AIRCRAFT RIGHT WING TOUCHED RUNWAY ON LANDING, NEW YORK, NY.", the damage was minor.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 43 hours before returning to service.
