A LOT Polish Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration SP-LWA performing flight LO-407 from Warsaw (Poland) to Dusseldorf (Germany) with 141 people on board, was in the initial climb out of Warsaw's runway 15 when the crew requested to stop their climb at 3000 feet due to problems with the trim. The crew worked the related checklists then decided to return to Warsaw advising ATC they were having problems with the flight controls. ATC asked whether they could climb to 4000 feet and after positive response instructed the crew to climb to 4000 feet. The aircraft landed safely on Warsaw's runway 11 about 25 minutes after departure.

On Jan 11th 2022 The Aviation Herald received information that the electrical horizontal stabilizer suffered a failure.
