A Northern Air Cargo Boeing 737-400 freighter, registration N403YK performing flight NC-5710 from Salt Lake City,UT to Newark,NJ (USA) with 3 crew, was enroute at FL330 about 120nm north of Denver,CO (USA) when the crew suspected a fuel imbalance based on their indications and decided to divert to Denver for a safe landing on runway 35R about 25 minutes later.

The indication was subsequently identified erroneous, the aircraft was able to resume the flight about 4 hours after landing.
