A Volga-Dnepr Antonov AN-124, registration RA-82074 performing flight VI-5381 from Toulouse (France) to Leipzig (Germany), was accelerating for takeoff from Toulouse's runway 32R when the #4 engine (D18T, outboard right hand) suffered compressor stalls prompting the crew to reject takeoff at low speed (about 30 KIAS). The aircraft returned to the apron.

The aircraft returned to service on Dec 7th 2021 (10 days after the rejected takeoff).
