A Delta Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration N3740C performing flight DL-2239 from Atlanta,GA to Columbus,OH (USA), completed a seemingly uneventful flight with a safe landing on Columbus' runway 28R.

The FAA reported however, that a post flight inspection revealed "A PIECE OF THE RIGHT WING CENTER FLAP WAS MISSING". The damage was rated minor, the occurrence was rated an incident.
