An Atran Aviatrans Cargo Boeing 737-800 freighter, registration VQ-BFR performing flight V8-9617 from Krasnojarsk to Blagoveschensk (Russia), was climbing out of Krasnojarsk when the crew stopped the climb at FL100 feet after receiving a "Cabin Altitude" warning. The crew descended the aircraft to FL070, burned off fuel and returned to Krasnojarsk for a safe landing about 110 minutes after departure.

Rosaviatsia reported there was no bleed air supplied from the engines.
