A Wizz Air Airbus A320-200, registration HA-LPU performing flight W6-1023 from Katowice (Poland) to Zaporozhye (Ukraine), was climbing out of Katowice's runway 27 when the crew stopped the climb at 5000 feet reporting the nose gear doors did not close, hence they were unable to continue the flight and needed to burn off fuel. The aircraft entered a hold to burn off the fuel and landed safely back on Katowice's runway 27 about 75 minutes after departure.

A replacement A320-200 registration HA-LPY reached Zaporozhye with a delay of 2:45 hours.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Katowice about 6 hours after landing back.
