A Rossiya Airbus A319-100, registration VP-BNJ performing flight FV-6562 from Sochi to St. Petersburg (Russia), departed Sochi's runway 20, climbed to FL360 enroute and landed on St. Petersburg's runway 10R completing a seeming uneventful flight.

Rosaviatsia reported however, that a post flight inspection revealed damage to the glass of the taxi headlight as well as two holes in the left outboard slats. The aircraft was removed from service.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in St. Petersburg about 14 hours after landing.
