A Pobeda Boeing 737-800, registration VQ-BTH performing flight DP-179 from Moscow Vnukovo to Mineralnye Vody (Russia), was accelerating for takeoff from Vnukovo's runway 24 when the crew rejected takeoff at very low speed due to the failure of anti-ice systems. The aircraft slowed safely, vacated the runway at the first exit to the right (a high speed turn off for runwy 06) and returned to the apron.

A replacement Boeing 737-800 registration VP-BQE reached Mineralnye Vody with a delay of 90 minutes.
