A Fly Baghdad Canadair CRJ-200, registration YI-BAH performing flight IF-7 from Corlu (Turkey) to Vilnius (Lithuania), was on approach to Vilnius' runway 19 when the aircraft went around due to a problem with the flaps. The aircraft climbed back up to 5000 feet, prepared for a flaps up landing and landed safely on Vilnius' runway 19 at a higher than normal speed about 15 minutes later.

The aircraft had earlier departed Iraq.
