A Skywest Canadair CRJ-200 on behalf of United, registration N919SW performing flight UA-5431 from Denver,CO to Billings,MT (USA) with 43 people on board, was climbing out of Denver's runway 08 when the crew declared emergency reporting the failure of the right hand engine (CF34). The aircraft levelled off at about 9000 feet and returned to Denver for a safe landing on runway 17R about 20 minutes after departure and taxied to the apron with emergency services in trail.
