A THY Turkish Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration TC-JVC performing flight TK-467 from Istanbul (Turkey) to Odessa (Ukraine), was on approach to Odessa's runway 34 at about 2000 feet MSL when the crew reported they could not receive an ILS signal. The crew initiated a missed approach, requested an approach to runway 16 and continued for a safe landing on runway 16 about 10 minutes later.

Ukraine's NBAAI reported after successful landing the captain reported the ILS was unstable below 500 feet AGL (editorial note: the report does not make which ILS, ILS runway 34 or runway 16, however, as the aircraft was not below 500 feet AGL on approach to runway 34 this likely refers to the ILS runway 16, ILS Cat I approaches are available for both runways).
