A Skywest Canadair CRJ-200, registration N960SW performing flight OO-6308 from Denver,CO (USA) to Saskatoon,SK (Canada) with 50 people on board, was on approach to Saskatoon when the crew selected the first stage of flaps but the flaps did not move. The crew aborted the approach and entered a holding to run the checklists and review the zero flap landing procedures. In the first turn in the holding pattern the FMS failed as well, the crew actioned the relevant checklists in addition. With a good braking report the crew opted to perform a zero flaps landing at Saskatoon, which went safely without further event.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found a circuit breaker for the flaps popped. The breaker was reset, the FMS fault was deferred under minimum equipment list requirements, and the aircraft was released for the return flight.
