A TUI Airlines Belgium Boeing 767-300, registration OO-JNL performing flight TB-1712 from Fuerteventura,CI to Brussels (Belgium) with 150 passengers and 11 crew, was on a approach to Brussels' runway 25L when the crew aborted the approach reporting a technical problem, subsequently explaining they had a flaps problem. The crew positioned for another approach to runway 25L and landed safely on runway 25L at a normal speed about 15 minutes later.

The aircraft returned to service about 12 hours after landing.
