An Airbridge Cargo Boeing 747-8 freighter, registration VQ-BRJ performing flight RU-558 from Shenzhen (China) to Moscow Domodedovo (Russia), was descending towards Moscow when the crew needed to shut engine #1 (GEnx, outboard left hand) down. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on Domodedovo's runway 32L.

The aircraft returned to service about 44 hours after landing.
